I was surfing the internet and found myself locked into a website that showcases artists. I ran into this one artist Jessica Hess. Now of course the thumbnail picture that caught my eye was of graffiti. I scrolled through the pictures quickly and I’m thinking to myself  ‘What does this girl write??’. So I scroll back up to read the summary. Jessica takes pictures of graffiti and street art and paints them. amongst other things.

I mean she painted pieces, throwies, tags, stencils and wheat pastes with a paint brush.

Yesterday was the opening of The Street HeART Exhibition at the Special Sauce store in Huntington LI. When we walked in the beautiful Mrs. Cees was greeting the guests and to my surprise she was rockin a JHeart and Tough Love pin. I felt the love already =).

The youth came out of the school right there to talk to us. Then came back with their black books, markers and their mom. It was cute. I hate when writers are dicks to kids.
